room makeover

it's not fresh from the pages of  martha stewart living, but it's an improvement. for example, my sheets used to be on the floor, not the bed.

for whatever reason, when my mom and i were picking things up and putting them in their proper places, we decided that the elmer's glue on either end table was in its proper place..?

p.s. i started taking an ssri for anxiety and quit the damn thing within the same week. i've never been more sick/anxious. now, i will focus on treating a b12 deficiency, and when i'm all healthy and robust, i'll climb some mountains or something.

yesterday i got a letter in the mail from my friend lisa launching our correspondence. it was truly the highlight of a terrible, terrible week full of irrational worrying and anxiety and also difficulty sleeping. there's nothing worse than not being able to sleep when you're exhausted. i actually wrote her back immediately after i got the letter, and i'll be mailing it soon.

enclosed were some tea, a paper snowflake crafted by lisa,

and a little capsule with a tiny monster that expands in warm water. i think it looks like a martian. a martian with one arm.

i still haven't really gotten the hang of the layout aspect of blogging. you'll have to help me, lerin, as well as sending me a letter or two of your own to show that you haven't forgotten me. i know you have a blog dedicated to keeping me informed, but thats just not enough for me.

Tuesday

lisa tried to show me a good time on Tuesday by inviting me to an art museum, and i ended up smashing my thumb in her car door and almost passing out. when i recovered from almost passing out, we decided to keep going, and that's when my uterus attacked with cramps, and i found that i could not walk without moaning, and i'm sure everyone around thought i was dying. we ended up having to leave literally 2 minutes after we bought our tickets. my thumb is still oozing. it's gross.

i am still doing nothing, and i lost my home-made headband and my phone. i think i'll start using those watercolor paints or start running or something.
